Eric Holder for AG...A very ant-gun socialist who pushed for sweeping and restrictive gun control measures throughout his career while also endorsing the now-discredited collective rights interpretation of the Second Amendment. This boy is scary!

Deputy Attorney General David W. Ogden...Attorney Ogden has been praised by the adult entertainment industry as a "strong pick" since he has represented pornography companies such as Playboy, Penthouse and Adam & Eve. Ogden has even defended child pornography.

While he was in private practice, Ogden filed a brief before the U.S. Supreme Court in support of child pornographer Stephen Knox. The brief was on behalf of the ACLU and others. Knox had been convicted of federal child pornography offenses involving videos of several children. Though the children were not completely naked in the videos, they were deliberately posed so that the focus of the depictions was on the children's genitals, covered or partially covered by underwear or other cloth. This is the kind of material that could only appeal to pedophiles. The brief asserted that such sexual exploitation of children was protected by the First Amendment!

Federal child pornography law prohibits "sexually explicit conduct" involving children, including video or photographic depictions focusing on the "lascivious exhibition of the genitals or pubic area." The Knox brief filed by Ogden expressed concern that, "Publishers, producers, retailers and librarians, faced with the prospect of child pornography prosecutions based on images of clothed minors limited only by a subjective test of lasciviousness, would have only one rational response: self-censorship." Is that too much to ask -- that they remove sexually exploitive videos with children posed in a lascivious way?

The Department of Justice should have no place for a man who thinks that the First Amendment protects a child pornographer like Stephen Knox and those who sexually exploit children.

Associate attorney general Thomas Perrelli...

He’s been labeled as “just another death-peddler Obama has added to his list of nominees” and has earned the nickname among pro-lifers as “Piranha Perrelli” for his work on the Terri Schiavo case.

President-elect Barack Obama has chosen Thomas Perrelli of Jenner & Block to be the associate attorney general in the Department of Justice. This is a man who believes in killing the disabled, who obviously believes that self-serving hearsay, inadmissible evidence, should be the controlling factor in the death of a helpless, disabled human being and that erring on the side of life is not a option.

Perrelli is a Harvard Law School classmate of Obama and helped raise $500,000 for the president-elect’s campaign. In other words, he bought the post.

This is a man who helped Michael Schiavo kill his wife, Terri Schindler Schiavo, by removing her feeding tube, condemning her to die a barbaric death by dehydration over 13 days while the whole world watched, a death so inhumane that it would be deemed unconstitutional under the Eighth Amendment of our U.S. Constitution had she been sentenced to death as a criminal rather than as a disabled person.

The associate attorney general is the third-ranking official in the U.S. Department of Justice. In this role, Perrelli will oversee all civil litigation at the department. His job is to protect the civil rights of Americans, especially the elderly and disabled, not deprive them as he did Terri Schiavo.

If he’s confirmed by the Senate, and his appointment will be strongly challenged by conservatives and the pro-life movement, Perrelli would also oversee antitrust matters, civil rights, taxes and environmental law.

There simply was no clear indication of what’s Terri’s wishes were and in the absence thereof as well as the presence of a heavily conflicted spouse, she should not have been executed, a judicial homicide.

Often we hear from our liberal left leaning commie and socialists citizens how those of us with a license to carry a weapon will use them in a New York minute if someone pisses us off.Well here are the stats from the Texas DPS website.Less than 1% of CHL holders commit all the crime in this huge state,in fact its 0.2275% to be exact.Looks to me like CHL holders are more responsible then the rest of the public in Texas.

Our country has stooped to its lowest level since I've been on this earth,which would be almost 44 years.First off the leaders of the Republican Party has none other to blame for losing this election except themselves.They have strayed away from conservitive values over the past 8 years.They have grown government at a alarming rate,done not a thing about making abortion illegal and have done zero to help gun owners.Sure there are many more mistakes the party has made and now we are going to pay for it big time.
The people who put obama in office will see just how many freedoms we will lose over the next 4 years.Mark my words.

David Koresh (top photo) and his people were murdered by the US Government.I did not agree with most of Koresh's beliefs but he had the right to "freedom of religion" just like you and me.But because of this the entire family was murdered.Don't think it can happen to you?Well you are naive.

Lets start with this gem... Hey folks we are in some hard times and if socialist obama gets elected we are in for one hell of a ride.Every time a demoRAT gets into office it seems they love to use the powers of LE to intrude on your life.Just for instance take David Koresh just outside Waco,Texas.The ATF wanted to conduct a raid on the "compound" (the ATF and media use the word "compound" to make it seem like a group of anti-American thugs run the place,plus it makes them look good after they raid the "compound" and kill women and children).Apparently Koresh had some full auto weapons (Class III for us gun savvy folks who "cling to our guns and religion").Okay maybe he did maybe he didn't but as some of you know Class III weapons are LEGAL in Texas as long as you filled out the proper forms and have your tax stamp.If they thought they were illegal weapons the Sheriff of McLennan county told the idiots at the ATF that all they had to do was go with him with a warrant and knock on the door and show their warrant and Koresh would let them in peacefully and let them execute their warrant.The Sheriff had done this in the past and had several dealings with Koresh and had never had a problem.But no the ATF had to go in there with full SWAT gear and jump all over the roof and start breaking windows and start shooting.What did they expect Koresh and the others to do with rounds flying around their home with women and children all over the place.They got owned because Koresh and others protected there family and made them retreat.As we all know it ended with the government setting fire to the place killing most everybody inside.What a bunch of cowards.
The above story is sad but I can tell you that if obama is elected it is going to be 1000x worse.Mark my words folks.
